1. Who we are

Bridely is operated by NOVANC NORBERTH-GABRIEL PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ, CUI RO33404897, trade register no. F02/672/2014, registered office at Str. Ghioceilor nr. 11, 317280 Sântana, jud. Arad, România, e-mail support@bridely.net ("Bridely", "we").

2. Accepting these terms; language

You accept these terms when you create an account (by ticking the box on the signup form, or by continuing with Google under the notice that says so). We record which version you accepted and when.

These terms are available in Romanian and English. For consumers in Romania the Romanian version prevails.

3. Who can use Bridely

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. If you use Bridely for a business (for example as a wedding planner), you confirm that you may bind that business, and the business is the customer.

4. Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account unless it was used without your fault.
  • Tell us at support@bridely.net if you think someone else has access to your account.
  • One person per account. Planner teams invite each member with their own account.

5. The service

Bridely helps plan a wedding: guests and RSVPs, invitations and guest pages, seating, budget and payments to vendors, tasks, vendors, timeline, notes, inspiration and a wedding theme, venue matching, and tools to work together.

  • Couples plan their own wedding and can invite a partner, family members (who can edit or only view) and a planner.
  • Wedding planners manage their clients' weddings in a workspace. On the Studio plan the owner can invite team members. A couple can be invited into a wedding the planner created.
  • A wedding belongs to its owner. If a planner stops managing a couple's wedding, the couple keeps it.

We do not sell vendor or venue services and we are not a party to your contracts with vendors or venues.

6. Plans, credits and prices

  • Free: the core planning tools are free, with limits shown in the app (for example the number of households you can invite).
  • Wedding Pass: a one-time purchase for one wedding. It unlocks the premium features of that wedding, does not renew and does not expire on the wedding date. It cannot be moved to another wedding, except as a refund alternative we offer.
  • Planner plans (Starter, Solo, Pro, Studio): monthly or yearly subscriptions for planners, with a number of active client weddings and monthly credits. Planner Starter is free. A 30-day Pro trial is available once per planner account, without a card.
  • Bridely Credits: used by features that cost us money to run (for example scans and Ask AI). Purchased credits do not expire; credits included in a plan or a Wedding Pass follow the rules shown in the app; trial credits end with the trial.

Current prices are on the pricing page and in the app before you pay. Consumers see the final price including VAT; businesses see the price plus VAT, and EU businesses with a valid VAT number may be invoiced with reverse charge. We may change prices for the future; a change never affects what you already paid, and for subscriptions we tell you before the next renewal at the new price.

7. Payment and invoices

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. We issue an invoice for every payment and send it by e-mail; Romanian invoices are also sent to ANAF e-Factura.

8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts under Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. The Wedding Pass and Bridely Credits are digital content supplied immediately. Before paying you tick the box:

“I want immediate access and I understand I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once it is activated.” (consent text version IMMEDIATE_ACCESS_WAIVER_V1)

We store this consent with the purchase and repeat it in the confirmation e-mail. As long as you have not used the Wedding Pass or any credit from the pack, you can still withdraw within 14 days of the purchase from Billing (or by writing to support@bridely.net) and get a full refund automatically, paid back to the original payment method. After use, see the Refund policy.

To withdraw, use the “Withdraw from contract” button in Billing, write to support@bridely.net or send us the form below. The form is optional; any clear statement is enough, as long as you send it before the 14 days end. We confirm receipt by e-mail and refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method.

Model withdrawal form (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, Annex 1)

(complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract)

  • To NOVANC NORBERTH-GABRIEL PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ, Str. Ghioceilor nr. 11, 317280 Sântana, jud. Arad, România, e-mail support@bridely.net:
  • I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/We (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract for the supply of the following digital content (*)/for the provision of the following service (*): …
  • Ordered on (*)/received on (*): …
  • Name of consumer(s): …
  • Address of consumer(s): …
  • Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper): …
  • Date: …

(*) Delete as appropriate.

Planner plans are meant for professional use and are sold to businesses; they have no right of withdrawal. If you are nevertheless a consumer (an individual not using Bridely for a trade or profession), you also have the 14-day right of withdrawal from the start of the subscription: write to support@bridely.net or send us the form above. If you have not used the plan yet, we refund it in full; if you asked us to start at once and used it, you pay only the share for the time until you withdrew.

9. Subscriptions: renewal, cancellation, failed payments

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you subscribed (plus VAT where applicable), until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time in Billing with one click and a confirmation. You keep access until the end of the period already paid; it does not renew.
  • If a renewal payment fails, you keep your plan for 7 days while you update your card; we e-mail you and show a notice in the app. If the payment is not made, the account moves to Planner Starter. Nothing is deleted: client weddings above the Starter limit become read-only and published invitations keep working.
  • When the Pro trial ends without a subscription, the account moves to Planner Starter in the same way.

10. Refunds

Refunds and withdrawals are explained in the Refund policy, which is part of these terms.

11. Acceptable use

Use Bridely lawfully and only to plan weddings and events. Do not:

  • upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you may not share;
  • send spam or invitations to people who did not expect them;
  • try to access other people's weddings or accounts, test or bypass our security, or overload the service;
  • scrape the service or the venue catalogue, or use it to build a competing database;
  • resell access, or share one account among several people.

12. Your content and the licence you give us

You keep the rights to what you upload or write (texts, photos, invitation designs, inspiration images). You give Bridely a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence to store, copy, process, adapt (for example resize or convert) and display this content, only as needed to run the service for you and for the people you share it with — for example to show your invitation and guest page to your guests. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies kept in backups for a limited time and content other people already received.

You confirm that you may use the images you upload or import, including images from Pinterest or other websites.

13. Data about other people

When you add guests, vendors or collaborators, you confirm that you may share their details with us for organising the wedding, that you will use them only for that, and that you will tell them about it. See section 5 of the Privacy Policy. Planners who store their clients' and guests' data also accept the data processing terms in Annex A.

14. AI features

Some features use AI (wedding theme, venue suggestions, the Ringy assistant, scans, Ask AI, invitation text). AI can be wrong or incomplete. Check the results before you rely on them or send them to anyone; you decide what to keep. Do not use AI features for medical, legal or financial advice.

15. Venue and vendor information

Venue information in Bridely is collected from public sources and from what users report. It may be incomplete or out of date. Prices, capacity, availability and rules are always confirmed directly with the venue. You can report a wrong fact from the venue page.

16. Share links

Some features create links that work without an account: invitations and guest pages, guest self-registration links, and a planner's venue brief link for a couple. Anyone with the link can use it, so share it only with the people meant to receive it. You can turn links off or create a new one in the app.

17. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Bridely available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free; we may need maintenance. We improve the service and may change or remove features. If a change removes something important from a paid product you already bought, we will offer a fair solution, such as a partial refund.

18. Liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law, or our liability for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury.
  • We are not responsible for vendors, venues or guests, or for decisions you make based on AI suggestions or venue information.
  • Keep your own copy of important information (you can download your data at any time).
  • For business customers (planners), to the extent the law allows, our total liability in a 12-month period is limited to the amount paid to us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit.

19. Ending the contract

You can stop using Bridely and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account); what happens to shared weddings is explained on the data deletion page. Deleting the account ends a running subscription at once, without further renewals; the current period is not refunded unless the Refund policy says otherwise. If you want to use the period you already paid for, cancel the subscription in Billing first and delete the account at the end of the period; the app reminds you of this before deleting. Invoices and payment records are kept as the law requires.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms or the law, or that puts other users or the service at risk. Except in urgent cases, we tell you first, explain why and give you time to fix it and to download your data. If we close an account without your fault, we refund the unused part of what you paid.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the service or the law changes. We tell you about important changes at least 30 days in advance by e-mail or in the app. If you do not agree, you can cancel and delete your account before they apply.

21. Applicable law, complaints and disputes

Romanian law applies. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country.

Complaints: write to support@bridely.net. We answer within 30 days at the latest.

Consumers can also use the alternative dispute resolution procedure of the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR) closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

Disputes go to the competent Romanian courts; consumers can also go to the courts where they live. For business customers, the courts of our registered office have jurisdiction.

22. Contact

Annex A — Data processing terms for wedding planners (GDPR Art. 28)

This annex applies when a wedding planner (the "Planner", controller) uses Bridely to store and manage personal data of its clients and of their guests, and Bridely (NOVANC NORBERTH-GABRIEL PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ, the "Processor") processes that data on the Planner's behalf. It is part of the Terms and is accepted with them.

  1. Subject and duration. Hosting and processing of wedding data in Bridely for as long as the Planner uses the service, plus the deletion period in point 9.
  2. Nature and purpose. Storage, organisation, display, sharing with the people the Planner invites, sending e-mails the Planner triggers, and the features the Planner chooses (including AI features and scans).
  3. Data and data subjects. Clients (couples), guests (including children), vendors and other contacts: identity and contact data, household, menu choice, allergy or dietary notes (possibly health data), seating, notes, messages, images and documents the Planner uploads.
  4. Instructions. The Processor acts only on the Planner's documented instructions — the use of the service and its settings are such instructions — unless the law requires otherwise, in which case it informs the Planner unless the law forbids it.
  5. Confidentiality. People who can access the data are bound by confidentiality.
  6. Security. The Processor applies the measures described in section 9 of the Privacy Policy and keeps them appropriate to the risk (Art. 32).
  7. Sub-processors. The Planner authorises the sub-processors listed in section 7 of the Privacy Policy. The Processor informs the Planner of intended changes at least 30 days in advance (by e-mail or in the app); the Planner may object and, if no solution is found, end the contract. The Processor imposes the same data protection obligations on each sub-processor and remains responsible for them.
  8. Assistance. The Processor helps the Planner answer data subject requests (the app provides export and deletion), and with security, breach notification (without undue delay and where possible within 48 hours of becoming aware), impact assessments and consultations, as far as it can.
  9. End of processing. When the Planner deletes a wedding or the account, the data is deleted, except where the law requires keeping it; backups rotate out within 7 days. Before that, the Planner can export the data. A couple who owns a wedding keeps it after the Planner stops managing it.
  10. Audits. The Processor provides the information needed to show compliance and allows audits by the Planner or an auditor it mandates, with reasonable notice, at most once a year unless there was a breach, and at the Planner's cost.
  11. International transfers. Transfers outside the EEA follow section 7 of the Privacy Policy (adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses).
