Refund and withdrawal policy

Version 2026-11-v1 · Last updated: 2026-10-28

This policy explains when and how you can get your money back for Bridely purchases: the Wedding Pass, Bridely Credits packs and planner subscriptions.

14-day withdrawal for unused purchases

As a consumer you can withdraw from a Wedding Pass or credit pack purchase within 14 days of the purchase date.

If the Wedding Pass has not been used and none of the credits from the pack have been spent, the refund is automatic and in full.

Purchases that have already been used

When you buy, you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the digital content has been supplied. After the Wedding Pass or the credits have been used we still review every request individually and may decide on:

  • a full refund;
  • a partial refund;
  • an alternative, such as goodwill credits or moving the Wedding Pass to another of your weddings;
  • declining the request, in which case we tell you the reason.

Duplicate charges

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, the duplicate charge is refunded automatically.

Planner subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time in Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew.

Refunds of the last subscription invoice are at our discretion. Contact us if something went wrong.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are always paid back to the original payment method.

Once approved, the refund is issued through our payment processor; your bank may need a few business days to show it.

What happens after a refund

  • Wedding Pass: the wedding returns to the Free limits. No data is deleted and invitation links you have already published keep working.
  • Credit pack: the unspent credits from that pack are removed from your balance.

Disagreements and disputes

If you disagree with a decision, contact us and we will review it again.

Consumers can also use the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL) of the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
