Bridely for wedding planners
Your clients' weddings, week by week
Bridely is wedding planning software for planners and agencies. Each client wedding has its guests and RSVPs, invitations, budget, seating, tasks and the day's timeline, and your portfolio shows what's due this week across all of them. The couple works in the same wedding, with the access you give them. Starter is free for one active wedding; paid plans add more weddings, your branding and a team.
How it works in Bridely
Set up the client wedding
Add the couple's names, the date and, if you like, their e-mail, and Bridely sends them an invitation to join. You can add tasks from your templates at the same time.
Plan inside the wedding
Guests and RSVPs, invitations, budget and payments, vendors, seating and the day's timeline. They're the same tools the couple uses.
Bring the couple in
The couple and your colleagues each get the right level of access. Inviting the couple doesn't use up your collaborator invites.
See the week at a glance
One agenda for all your weddings, split into overdue, today, this week and next week. Each wedding shows what needs attention.
Keep the couple updated
On Pro and Studio, one button makes a client report with your branding: what's been done, what's next and which payments are coming up.
What the portfolio shows you
The portfolio opens on this week: overdue tasks, payments due and wedding days coming up, across all your weddings. Each row takes you straight to the task, the payment or the wedding.
Below that, every wedding shows its date, how many days are left and which stage of planning it's at. You also see what's worth a look: overdue tasks, the next payment, guests who haven't replied, how many guests have a seat and how many of the five key vendors are booked. Sort by date or by what needs attention, and search by the couple's names or the venue.
Your vendors and tasks, reused
Keep the vendors you trust in your library and copy them into any wedding. Save your usual tasks as templates, with due dates counted from the wedding date, and choose which ones go into every new wedding on their own. Whatever you copy into a wedding belongs to that wedding, so editing your library never changes weddings already under way. Both come with every plan, Starter included.
Running several weddings in one season
Planners who get through peak season calmly tend to share a few habits.
- On Monday they open the agenda and clear what's overdue before adding anything new.
- They schedule every vendor payment as soon as the contract is signed. Payment dates are the first thing to slip.
- They send the RSVP link early and phone the guests who haven't replied a month before the seating plan is due.
- They agree in writing with the couple who decides the guest list, the seating, the menu and the payments, then set their access to match.
Your branding and your team
On Pro and Studio, your logo, business name and a short tagline go on the PDFs of the weddings you manage, such as the timeline and the seating plan. On the invitation and RSVP pages, guests see “Organized by” with your business name, and you can hide that line. The invitation design stays the couple's and never carries your branding.
Studio adds a team: you plus up to 3 colleagues. Colleagues work in the agency's weddings and see their own tasks from every wedding in My tasks. You see everyone's tasks on a board, by person or by status. Billing, branding and the team stay with you.

Questions from wedding planners
What counts as an active client wedding?
A client wedding that hasn't happened yet. Its place frees up when you mark it completed, when you cancel it, or on its own 14 days after the wedding. Completed and cancelled weddings stay in your portfolio with all their details, read-only.
How does the free trial work?
Once you've confirmed your e-mail, you can try Pro for 30 days, once, with no card and 20 trial credits. Nothing is charged at the end. Your account goes back to Starter, weddings over the Starter limit become read-only, and published invitations keep working. If you subscribe during the trial, everything stays as it is.
Do my clients have to buy the Wedding Pass?
No. On Solo, Pro and Studio, every active client wedding gets the Wedding Pass features, such as unlimited invitations, premium designs and PDFs, at no cost to the couple. Couples only buy the Pass if they plan on their own or with a planner on Starter.
What happens if I downgrade or go over my limit?
Nothing is deleted. The weddings with the nearest dates stay editable, up to your plan's limit. The others become read-only, and their published invitations keep working. Upgrading or completing a wedding makes room again.
What are the monthly credits for?
Credits pay for a few AI tasks, such as reading a photo of a handwritten guest list or a receipt. Paid plans add credits every month, and unused ones build up to two months' worth. Ordinary work in the app never uses credits.
Is the client report sent automatically?
No, you decide when. On Pro and Studio you make it with one button. It covers what's been done since the last report, tasks due in the next 30 days, payments due in the next 60 days, guest replies and how the seating is going. Download it or e-mail it to the couple, and any reply comes to you.
